Thermic Systems

The Del Bo Consortium deals with the management and maintenance of thermic systems, heating and air conditioning systems for public and private customers, dealing with all types of intervention, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, including the management of emergencies involving blocks and faults.
Our plan for ‘thermal management’ includes  a fixed price for the condominium based on the actual use of heating, leaving  all management expenses of the system to the Del Bo company , including the cost arising from the fuel and it takes the role of “Responsible Third Party” under Article. 11 paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree 412 of 26/8/1993.
Accepting the latest guidelines on the rational use of energy and given the need to make analytical costs for each unit, we offer the possibility to install and operate a system of “heat metering”. With some simple modifications to the heating system of the apartment, it is possible to have constant control on your consumption, saving and optimizing the performance of the system. With the Accounting system, the centralized system becomes similar to an autonomous system to all intents and purposes.
The reading of the accounting system is done remotely, by means of a remote control system, and at the same time Del Bo, the administrator or his appointee, proceed to the billing of the consumption of each unit and accordingly allocates the expenses.
