Focusing on profit, always, but with a sense of ethics and integrity and re-investing it heavily in the growth and development of the company represents the best thing an entrepreneur can do to contribute to the progress of the company and the territories in which the company operates.
We believe that the company should also have a social and ethical function and return part of the resources to the territory in which it operates.
Consistent with its objectives, the company takes part in projects and social initiatives.
The Consortium has recently participated in the “Solidarity and Development in Scampia” project in collaboration with the City of Naples, the ‘Fondazione per il Sud’ as well as the ‘Obiettivo Uomo’ Association.
Through several actions, education, training and job placement, this project has tried to create networking opportunities for the youth of Scampia, a ‘complex’ neighborhood of Naples, with a high unemployment rate.

The Del Bo has actively participated in the project, hosting 9 trainees aged between 16 and 25 and engaging in their technical training.
Four of them have been permanently placed in the staff.
One of them, Emanuele Stasino, tells us his experience:
“The approach to work has been hard because I had to learn new things, handle mechanic pieces and intervene in difficult situations.
After my training all my friends told me they would never have hired a guy with little experience, but I have been able to assert myself. I anxiously awaited a phone call that came in February. They called me to offer me an apprenticeship. After signing the contract I celebrated for two days straight! Now I am a repairer and there is always a tutor with me with whom I work well and from which I learn a lot.”
