Careful planning of maintenance and the thoroughness of the checks allow us to keep the system in optimum operating conditions, to comply with regulations and to ensure maximum reliability and safety of use.

For each system we develop a specific Preventive Maintenance Plan which takes into account its technical characteristics, its wear conditions and the type of service that is targeted.

Each system is assigned to a team of technicians, all specialized and qualified, who make periodic check-ups of all the electrical and mechanical requirements by:
- Doing all the cleaning, lubrication, inspection, adjustment and recording of the equipment, transmission parts,  component parts of the system, with the supply of lubricants and all consumables necessary
- Promptly repairing and /or replacing all worn parts ,
- Verifying  the effectiveness of all safety devices,
- Cleaning of the machinery spaces, facilities, pits, hoist rooms and other service rooms of the facilities and guaranteeing their maintenance.

Support to the monitoring of scheduled maintenance is provided by the LIFT PC software, which following the customized program provided for each system registers and checks the number of controls and the nature of the operations performed, with their outcomes, planning interventions and subsequent dates for maintenance activities that have to be performed.
